We loved our stay at the hotel! The staff was super helpful and nice, especially Lisa in the morning and the two ladies in the afternoon shift. The room was big, hyper-clean, and had lovely views of the city. We enjoyed lots of natural light as well.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It was so convenient being close to the airport and many restaurants. The room was comfortable with everything I needed including coffee facilities and toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The website's information about the room sizes can be misleading and disappointing.

Convenient location near JFK and Flushing hub. Level 2 for leisure, level 3 for breakfast and gathering. Beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable queen beds, quality linens, and ample amenities. Exceptional bathroom with quality toiletries, towels, rain head shower, and handheld. Easy operation coffee machine, TV, and USB outlets.

Our stay at Indigo was convenient and enjoyable. The location was central, surrounded by restaurants and a movie theater. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with spaciousness and good views. We also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle service, which could be requested in advance.
One drawback we experienced was the noise from the AC. While it worked well, it was a bit loud and may require earplugs for light sleepers. Additionally, the shower head couldn't be fully stopped, causing water to drip throughout the night.

The hotel was conveniently located just off the highway, making it easy to access. the rooms were beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds, high, quality linens, and a well. the rain head shower and handheld option were a nice touch. the hotel provided a free shuttle service, which was a convenient perk for getting around.
the interior of the room, particularly the bathroom, was not well finished.
